Job Description
BRAC is the world’s largest international development organisation, dedicated to empowering people living in poverty. The Deputy Communications Manager – AIM will be responsible for implementing communications strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and sharing programme learnings and impact stories. This role involves managing daily workflows, coordinating campaigns and events, and leading the production of high-quality multimedia content. The successful candidate will also support media relations, manage digital platforms, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and ethical storytelling standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Branding
Implement communications strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Share programme learnings, impact stories, and communications products.
Align global, regional, and country priorities to maintain brand integrity.
Monitor and adjust communications plans based on performance data.
Operations & Leadership
Manage daily workflows and team communications plans.
Coordinate campaigns, events, and content production schedules.
Liaise across teams and act as a focal point for communication matters when required.
Track deliverables, manage vendors, and mitigate communication risks.
