About the Role\n\nRegen Organics is seeking a self-motivated, honest, and organized Depot Supervisor to join the team in Nanyuki. In this role, you will implement a circular economy model to sustainably manufacture regenerative insect feed for animals, organic fertilizers, and ecofuels. You will oversee outlet coverage, drive sales, manage and motivate promoters, and resolve problems at the retail level. This position requires active daily travel on assigned routes.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Outlet Coverage and Sales\n* Visit assigned outlets regularly as set out in the route plan, maintaining strong relationships with outlet managers.\n* Monitor stock levels on every visit, providing early warnings for shortages or excess to ensure outlets do not run out of product during key planting seasons.\n* Actively step in to sell Evergrow fertilizer at the outlets when required.\n\n#### Managing and Motivating Promoters\n* Ensure all promoters are present, actively pitching Evergrow to walk-in farmers, and collecting customer/lead data accurately.\n* Review promoter performance, attendance, and data entry, providing on-the-spot coaching and reporting repeated poor performance to the Area Sales Manager.\n* Recruit, onboard, and train new promoters on product knowledge (Evergrow), sales pitch techniques, and data systems.\n\n#### Issue Resolution and Reporting\n* Resolve customer complaints and outlet management issues on the spot when possible.\n* Escalate complex issues to the Area Sales Manager with comprehensive details on what has been tried.\n* Document and report weekly outlet sales, providing insights on what is working and where support is needed.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n* A diploma or degree in agriculture, agribusiness, sales, or marketing; strong sales experience can stand in place of formal study.\n* Proven ability to supervise, recruit, train, and motivate a team of promoters, including managing poor performance.\n* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a calm demeanor.\n* Willingness to travel assigned routes most days by public transport.\n* Ability to keep simple records and compile clear weekly reports.\n* Fluency in Swahili or English, as well as the local language spoken along the route.\n* Honesty, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal daily supervision.
