Job Description
The Data Entry Officer is responsible for registering, verifying, and safeguarding information from the information sheets relating to the FERI, FERE, and ADC forms in the SYGREM system. The role involves guaranteeing the quality, reliability, and confidentiality of the data.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter information into the SYGREM system.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data before validation.
Safeguard declarations and ensure their traceability.
Identify and report errors or inconsistencies to the line manager.
Respect the deadlines for processing files.
Guarantee the confidentiality and security of information.
Organize and archive physical and digital documents.
Collaborate with relevant teams for data validation.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Proficiency in computer tools (MS Word, Excel, database systems).
Experience or knowledge of reporting systems on a platform (asset).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Capability in data control and validation.
Knowledge of administrative procedures in Kenya.

Education and Experience
Baccalaureate to Bac+2 level (Diploma/HND/Degree) in Computer Science, Management, Administration, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in data entry or a similar administrative position.
Experience in a government or migration environment is desired.
