Job Description
Africa Global Logistics (AGL), a leading multimodal logistics operator and part of the MSC family, is seeking a Data Analyst in Nairobi. The primary purpose of this role is to provide synthesized data that helps the organization make informed, data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Gather data from various sources, cleaning and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the datasets.
Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data, identifying key trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop visual representations of data, including dashboards and reports, to present findings in a clear and actionable format.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific data needs and provide relevant insights.
Identify business challenges and leverage data to propose effective solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Must hold a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar data analysis role.
Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
