Cerba Lancet Kenya (formerly Pathologists Lancet Kenya) is looking for a qualified Cytologist to join its team. The role is responsible for screening and reporting gynaecological and non-gynaecological cytology samples, performing Fine Needle Aspirate (FNA) biopsies, ensuring quality slide preparation, and supporting ISO 15189 compliance to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic results.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Screen and report on gynaecological and non-gynaecological cytology samples.\n- Perform Fine Needle Aspirate (FNA) biopsies.\n- Ensure high-quality slide preparation and staining procedures.\n- Support and maintain ISO 15189 compliance standards within the laboratory.\n- Deliver accurate and timely diagnostic results to support patient care.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.\n- Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Cytology or equivalent from a recognized institution.\n- Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).\n- Must possess a valid KMLTTB practicing license.\n- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in cytology and Fine Needle Aspirate (FNA) biopsies.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their updated CV and academic certificates to .
