Key Responsibilities

Transport & Logistics Support

• Help coordinate daily transport operations including routes, vehicle management, and deliveries.
• Assist in ensuring products reach customers on time and within budget.
• Support transport invoice checks and assist in maintaining transport partner compliance.

Data & Insights

• Assist the Transport Officer in analyzing transport Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support in transport data collection and validation.
• Help create dashboards and reports that shape decision-making within the function.

Innovation & Improvement

• Support the logistics team in using historical data to forecast logistics needs and identify trends.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing transport and boosting efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with problem-solving energy.
• A customer-focused mindset and a hunger to learn.
