The Role: CX Lab Technician
As a CX Lab Technician, your primary objective is to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and customer support. You will be responsible for proactively responding to customer needs and providing detailed product information across various support channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat). This role requires evaluating complex clinical complaints and resolving emerging technical issues with high accuracy and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical Troubleshooting: Transform complex clinical and technical feedback into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
Digital Workflow Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product lines, such as implants, full dentures, and anterior C&B (Crown and Bridge).
Communication: Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels (Calls, Email, Chat), maintaining a friendly and timely approach.
Problem Resolution: Evaluate and resolve intricate technical laboratory problems to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Education: A BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Dental Technician Experience: Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in a Dental Technician role, including hands-on bench experience.
CAD/CAM Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience utilizing 3Shape CAD/CAM design software.
Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge and expertise in digital dental workflows and restorative products.
Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English, essential for effective communication and documentation.
Soft Skills: Must be a tech-savvy, independent worker who thrives and excels in a customer-facing environment.
