Role Overview
Equity Afia is seeking a qualified Customer Service Executive / Front Office Receptionist to join their medical center in Nairobi. The role involves managing front office administration, welcoming patients, and ensuring a smooth administrative workflow to deliver high-quality, friendly, and accessible healthcare experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the reception and front desk operations.
Welcome patients and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
Register patients and update records in the Health Management Information System (HMIS).
Handle patient inquiries efficiently over the phone and in-person.
Ensure smooth administrative workflow and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification.
At least two (2) years of working experience in a service-oriented industry.
Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
