Key Responsibilities
Carry out all branch operations, including comprehensive stock taking and accurate record keeping.
Manage branch margins and control costs through proper operational procedures.
Achieve established revenue targets for the unit.
Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure the branch Net Promoter Score (NPS) target is consistently achieved.
Follow all food health and safety practices.
Represent assigned units in relevant internal and external meetings.
Adhere strictly to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure the unit is well stocked to par level and that all necessary orders are placed with the right supplier.
Ensure safe custody and accountability of all branch property and assets.
Uphold and ensure strong working ethics are maintained among staff.
Manage the branch float and revenue accurately.
Manage Food Safety standards as per the set company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Carry out additional tasks as may be assigned by Superiors.
Ensure continuous cleanliness and hygiene of the entire branch environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND (Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma)
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience is required.
