The role of the Customer Service Associate involves comprehensive management of daily branch operations within Java House, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Carry out all branch operations – including stock taking, record keeping, etc.
Manage branch margins and costs through proper procedures.
Achieve set revenue targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure the branch Net Promoter Score (NPS) target is achieved.
Follow all food health and safety practices.
Represent assigned units in meetings.
Adhere strictly to company policies.
Ensure the unit is well stocked to par level and place any necessary orders with the right supplier.
Ensure safe custody of all branch property and assets.
Uphold and ensure the maintenance of high working ethics.
Manage branch float and revenue accurately.
Manage Food Safety standards as per the set company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Carry out tasks as may be assigned by Superiors.
Ensure the cleanliness of the branch.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
