About the Role
The Customer Marketing Officer (Agriculture) will be responsible for growing the client’s crop care brands and strengthening market share. This will be achieved through the execution of robust marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high levels of customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Marketing Execution: Execute marketing strategies tailored for crop care brands to drive growth.
Product Development: Lead and support new product development and successful market launches.
Budget Management: Manage brand-specific budgets to ensure optimal resource use.
Forecasting: Provide critical input for both short-term and long-term sales and marketing forecasting.
Pricing Strategy: Recommend pricing strategies aimed at achieving defined revenue and profitability targets.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and brand representations comply with company policies and statutory guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in brand or customer marketing.
Experience within the agriculture sector is considered a significant advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency in creative marketing, planning, and project management.
Strong technical skills in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
