Equity Afia is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer care, and coordinating patient records and workflows within the medical centre.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least two (2) years of working experience in a service-oriented industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
