We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to lead and build our acquisition efforts, taking our field and agent-led networks to the next level in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team from pilot to 40+ people.
Own targets, channel mix, conversion rates and CAC.
Run experiments and scale winning channels and open satellite sales offices.
Recruit, train and certify a commissioned sales force.
Run a data-driven funnel with accurate attribution and reporting.
Own acquisition policies & processes in our OS2 system.
Ensure sales quality and integrity with QA, spot checks and commission clawback.
Build institutional channels with SACCOs, stages and fleets.
Work cross-functionally to convert paying customers into active drivers.
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BSc/HND degree.
6–10 years in sales leadership in asset finance, PAYG or two-wheeler financing; 3+ years leading field sales.
Proven experience building and managing DSR/agent networks of 30+ across multiple sites.
Track record of hitting aggressive volume targets with funnel data to show how.
Experience designing base-plus-commission structures that drive the right behaviour.
Data-driven leader who manages by conversion rates, CAC and pipeline hygiene.
Deep understanding of the boda economy and low-income segments; fluent in Swahili and English.
Integrity proven; experience implementing sales compliance in high-pressure environments.
Nice to Have
Mobility, boda or EV sector experience; familiarity with Nairobi’s stages and SACCOs.
Hands-on with lead generation and AI-assisted sales tools (Meta lead forms, telesales systems, call analytics).
Experience building lean sales ops in fast-growth settings.
