The Custodial Supervisor has primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations and management of the housing and custodial infrastructure, including the operations and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and utilities. The role ensures all site operations comply with customer goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
Establish work requirements, coordinate, prioritize, and successfully complete short- and long-term projects.
Oversee facilities cleaning, as well as temporary and permanent housing procedures and processes for the base.
Manage objectives, strategy, and performance through the development of annual plans, budgets, and short- and long-range plans.
Monitor performance relative to established plans and budgets.
Ensure that all purchasing and inventory control for the facility is cost-effective.
Maintain building integrity, including electrical, water, and air systems, and the maintenance of facility grounds.
Oversee facility operations, including general maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems and the installation of mechanical/electrical solutions.
Provide work and service requests where required.
Oversee and implement all safety policies and procedures, ensuring all safety requirements are observed.
Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding the status of facilities activities, construction, and renovation projects.
Responsible for the employment, training, and performance evaluation of facilities employees.
Coordinate housing assignments with USAG-KA Representatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Advanced knowledge of building operations and management.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience working in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.
Excellent time management and customer service skills.
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain these requirements for the duration of the deployment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
Valid country driver's license and passport.
Ability to obtain a country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
Experience & Education
Eight (8) years of experience in facilities or housing management.
At least five (5) years of related management experience is preferred.
Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
