Credit Management Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Training Design & Delivery: Create and execute professional training programs specifically for debt collection staff.
• Skill Development: Enhance team capabilities in negotiation, customer engagement, and ethical debt recovery practices.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide direct coaching and mentoring to team leaders and agents to improve call quality and conversion rates.
• Module Creation: Develop comprehensive training modules covering call handling, objection management, and debtor segmentation.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all training and collections activities comply with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Promote Professionalism: Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity within the collections department.
• Performance Analytics: Analyze team performance data to identify training gaps and refine content.
• Strategic Innovation: Introduce best practices and innovative strategies to enhance collections portfolio performance.
• Support Development: Facilitate onboarding for new hires and manage ongoing professional development programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a training role.
• Strong understanding of the loan recovery and debt collection industry.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
