Key Duties and Responsibilities
Filing and Documentation: Filing court documents through both physical and electronic filing systems.
Case Management: Managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining court schedules.
Preparation: Preparing and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Liaison: Liaising with court registries and supporting advocates on active legal matters.
Administrative Support: Providing general legal secretarial and administrative support to the firm.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Diploma in Law or Paralegal Studies.
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience handling court processes and legal documentation.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to digital court systems and processes.
Administrative Skills: Experience in legal secretarial and administrative work.
