Corporate Sales & Membership Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Drive corporate sales and generate new business opportunities.
• Grow membership counts and manage strategic partnerships.
• Perform account management and lead membership growth initiatives.
• Actively build corporate pipelines and close corporate sales independently.
• Represent the brand at corporate events, activations, expos, and trade shows.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
• Experience: 3–4 years' experience in B2B or corporate sales (fitness, hospitality, banking, insurance, real estate, telecom, or a similar field).
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close corporate sales independently.
• Strong corporate relationship management and business development skills.
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-driven personality.
• Strong background in account management, client retention, and membership growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
