The Corporate Communication Officer plays a key role in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies to enhance the company's image, manage internal and external stakeholder communications, and drive public relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies.
Prepare press releases, newsletters, speeches, and corporate publications.
Manage internal and external communication channels.
Coordinate media relations and public engagement activities.
Develop content for the company website and social media platforms.
Support branding, marketing, and public relations campaigns.
Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, and CSR activities.
Manage crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
Produce photography, video, and promotional communication materials.
Monitor media coverage and prepare communication reports.
Ensure consistency of corporate branding across all platforms.
Collaborate with departmental heads on communication initiatives.
Support customer engagement and stakeholder communication.
Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with corporate communication policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field.
Marketing-related qualification.
3 years of communications experience.
Experience in public relations and corporate branding.
Knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong skills in media relations, copywriting, event coordination, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
