The Kenya Trade Network Agency (KenTrade) is a state Agency under the National Treasury mandated to facilitate cross-border trade and implement the Kenya National Electronic Single Window System (KNESWS).
KenTrade is seeking to recruit two (2) Contact Centre Assistants. The jobholders will be responsible for responding to customer requests, queries, and complaints through phone calls, emails, social media, web chat, and walk-ins. This role involves professional handling of customers by providing exceptional customer service in order to fulfill the agency’s mandate.
