Role Overview Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Foreman to oversee site operations and manage personnel. The role involves supervising laborers, ensuring quality control according to architectural drawings, and enforcing site safety standards. This position is based in Nairobi and requires a practical, hands-on professional with strong leadership abilities. ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise fundis (craftsmen) and general laborers to ensure project efficiency. - Allocate daily tasks to the site team and monitor overall productivity. - Ensure all construction work is executed according to approved drawings and technical instructions. - Maintain high standards of quality control for all workmanship. - Enforce safety standards and protocols on the construction site. - Report daily progress to the Site Agent, Project Manager, or Company Directors. - Monitor the proper use and inventory of materials and tools. ### Requirements - Must have a Diploma in Building Construction or a related field (Candidates with a Degree will not be considered). - Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Construction Foreman. - Strong practical knowledge of construction processes and techniques. - Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings. - Proven leadership and team supervision skills. - Applicants must be 27 years of age or older. ### How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV to jobs@peoplelink.co.ke with the job title as the subject line.
