Job Description
The Company Driver role at Superior Homes involves providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services for guests, staff, and company visitors, while ensuring the impeccable maintenance and compliance of all assigned vehicles.
Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests, staff, and company visitors.
Run operational errands including procurement, deliveries, collections, and official documentation.
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
Maintain accurate logbooks for trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and hospitality service standards.
Assist guests with luggage and offer a professional, customer-focused experience.
Support other departments with logistics and transport needs during peak operations or special events.
Ensure vehicle licensing, insurance, and compliance documents are valid and up to date.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: KCSE certification.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
License & Record: Valid Kenyan driving license with appropriate class for the assigned vehicle(s) and a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Knowledge: Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify minor vehicle faults.
Personal Attributes: Flexible, punctual, reliable and hardworking team player. Good planning skills and the ability to show initiative and positive attitude. Well-groomed, presentable appearance and professional conduct.
