We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission Sales Agent to join our team in Kakamega. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our financial solutions, such as Logbook Loans and Invoice Financing. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, explaining products, and closing sales while achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships within the region.
Promote financial solutions including Logbook Loans and Invoice Financing.
Generate leads through various sales techniques including cold calling.
Conduct client meetings to explain product features and benefits.
Close sales to meet or exceed established sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain a professional image of the company at all times.
Deliver presentations and training to clients and potential partners.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven expertise in sales, including cold calling and closing deals.
Knowledge and experience in insurance and related financial products is advantageous.
Ability to deliver training and presentations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in financial services or a similar field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
