This is a full-time on-site role based in Mombasa for a Commission Insurance Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling insurance products, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes engagement with individual and corporate clients, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential individual and corporate clients.
Present and sell various insurance products to meet client needs.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
Deliver excellent customer service and provide guidance on policy options.
Meet and exceed established monthly and annual sales targets.
Educate customers on various insurance policies, terms, and conditions.
Support clients through the insurance claims process to ensure smooth resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
Academic Background: A degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Sales Experience: Proven skills in insurance sales and general sales techniques.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-Management: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Industry Background: Previous experience in the insurance industry is considered an added advantage.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Swahili and English is highly beneficial.
