Club Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments.
• Staff Management: Supervise staff members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and regular performance evaluations.
• Customer Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service and handle any feedback or complaints in a professional manner.
• Stock & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and oversee stock control for food, beverages, and other supplies.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, generate financial reports, and implement cost control measures.
• Event Coordination: Organize events, promotions, and entertainment activities to enhance the customer experience.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and overall standards of the club premises.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (BA/BSc/HND preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a club, bar, or restaurant setting.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate availability to start.
