NTT Ltd. is a leading, global technology services company. As a Client Manager for Telco/Connectivity, you will play a critical role in managing and growing the company's regional client portfolio. You will build relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions, influence key stakeholders, and connect client needs with the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Expansion: Build strong relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
Client Experience Delivery: Work through NTT's network of offices and infrastructure to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
Revenue & Margin Growth: Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities by connecting client needs with NTT offerings and solutions.
Strategic Account Planning: Establish account strategies with key stakeholders focusing on power, receptivity, and dissatisfaction.
Retention: Minimize churn and maximize retention in onboarded clients.
Pipeline & Tool Management: Effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts using sales tools such as Salesforce.com.
Trade Compliance: Maintain full awareness and understanding of the International Trade Policy.
Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive forecast accuracy and robust pipeline management.
Client Lifecycle Ownership: Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire buying lifecycle by taking ownership of commercial agreements.
Demand Generation: Assist clients in identifying current needs, transforming implicit needs into explicit solutions, and articulating NTT's value proposition.
Vulnerability Analysis: Perform vulnerability analyses of NTT's positioning relative to competitors and vendors to keep client requirements at the heart of proposed solutions.
Governance & Financial Control: Positively influence and enable financial control, governance, and compliance to mitigate and reduce financial costs.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues.
Knowledge and Attributes
Sales Business Acumen: Skills supporting successful selling through an organizational and business outcome mindset, focusing on planning, leveraging tools/data, and understanding commercial/financial client aspects.
Sales Client Engagement & Management: Skills to effectively manage and analyze clients throughout the lifecycle, improving relationships and driving sales growth.
Sales Solution Skills: In-depth knowledge of NTT’s offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends to act as an expert client advisor.
Sales Pursuit: Ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned prospects, taking individual ownership and coordinating internal/external resources to close sales.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales related field.
Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a business development role.
Seasoned experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
Seasoned experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales.
Seasoned experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
Seasoned sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-orientated solutions and services.
Seasoned experience gained in a similar client manager role.
Seasoned experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform.
