Chef de Partie\nAs a Chef de Partie at Accor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in the preparation of mise en place and cooking for Food & Beverage outlets. Your role ensures the highest standards of food quality, kitchen efficiency, and guest satisfaction.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation of mise en place cooking for F&B outlets.\n- Controlling freshness, preparation techniques and storage of goods used.\n- Checking Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs on the section regarding performance and personal hygiene.\n- Assisting senior chefs in composing new recipes and menu ideas.\n- Ordering and managing turnover of products in the section through daily inventory lists.\n- Controlling cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing and presentation of all dishes.\n- Maintaining effective contacts with colleagues of other departments.\n- Setting up work rosters for the section in consultation with the Sous-Chef or Executive Chef.\n- Allocating different tasks according to the mise en place list.\n- Consistently providing and maintaining the highest standard of guest care and service.\n- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.\n- Ensuring that the designated uniform is worn well pressed and in a good state of repair.\n- Acting on responsibilities for Health and Safety at work.\n- Following HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations at all times.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Minimum of BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.\n- 2-4 years’ experience in a 5* hotel environment.\n- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.\n- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the SmartRecruiters platform through the link provided in the application section below.
