Job Description
Stellar Human Resource Solutions is looking for a qualified Chef / Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while maintaining strict standards of hygiene and food safety within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established standards and recipes.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
Manage kitchen workflow effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle food ingredients and inventory with care to minimize waste.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production. Additionally, BA/BSc/HND or Diploma qualifications are recognized.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
Attributes: Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
