The Centre Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and high-quality patient care. This role involves managing both medical and non-medical staff within the clinic, implementing company policies, and driving business growth through stakeholder engagement and effective facility management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee the smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of the clinic.
Financial Management: Manage the clinic's financial and revenue cycles, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets.
Policy Implementation: Implement company policies and directives across all clinic functions.
Staff Supervision: Manage and lead both medical and non-medical staff to ensure high standards of performance and a harmonious work environment.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development within the local market.
Facility Maintenance: Protect and maintain clinic facilities and property to ensure a safe and professional environment.
Patient Care: Ensure all patients receive high-quality, informed, and compassionate care.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Background: Experience in Clinical Practice is required.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in health management, administration, or an equivalent field.
Licensing: Must possess a valid annual practice license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated strong business acumen.
