Job Description
Career Options Africa Ltd is seeking a dedicated Casual Worker to serve as a Loader and Store Attendant. The role is primarily focused on manual tasks associated with stock handling, delivery, and basic store maintenance.
Responsibilities
Receiving and Unloading: Assist in receiving and unloading supplies arriving at the facility.
Stock Delivery: Deliver stocks to customers upon request in a timely manner.
Quality Control: Ensure all stock delivered is inspected according to quality and quantity against delivery documents.
Financial Handling: Collect payments after delivery and remit them to the shop attendant accurately.
Customer Relations: Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Must be a Form Four (KCSE) leaver.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Work Ethic: Hardworking, committed, and self-motivated.
Supervision: Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Integrity: Must be trustworthy and reliable, especially when handling payments.
