Role Overview
SOS Children's Villages is seeking a Business Analyst for D365 Finance and Operations. The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Operations environment. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing system changes, and providing expert support for D365 applications, particularly focusing on Finance processes and integration with other enterprise applications like D365 HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement & Management: Conduct Requirement, Change, and Test management according to the ALM framework; gather, analyze, and document business needs.
- Technical Specifications: Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Collaboration: Partner with product owners, system analysts, and external developers/consultants.
- Operations & Support: Provide system operation and support to D365 Finance and Operations users; continuously improve and ensure quality of D365 applications through modifications and additional configurations.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Process Design: Provide expert knowledge to support Finance process design and collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored solutions.
- System Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to support integrations between D365 HR and other enterprise applications.
- Documentation & Training: Ensure proper documentation of configurations, system changes, and operational procedures; provide training and product documentation to users.
- Networking: Establish a key-user network and ensure knowledge sharing.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe and protective environment for staff, children, and program participants.

- Identify and mitigate risks through active team participation.
- Promptly report any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business Informatics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a Business Analyst certification.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or IT service delivery, software training, and key-user management.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of D365 ERP applications and Finance processes. Analytical skills to explain technical content comprehensively.
- Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of ITIL, experience in SQL and data visualization tools, DevOps, and advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Openness to intercultural diversity, proactive mindset, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
