Key Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Building and Technology.
Pedagogical skills are a MUST requirement for all trainers.
Role Responsibilities & Expectations
Instruct, guide, and assess students in theoretical and practical aspects of building technology.
Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and practical training materials.
Evaluate student performance, conduct continuous assessment tests, and prepare students for national examinations (KNEC).
Maintain workshop safety standards, tools, and equipment.
