The ideal candidates should be elegant, sales-driven, confident communicators, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires individuals who can engage brides professionally, drive sales, and support digital communication and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns and bridal accessories to find their perfect look.
Customer Experience: Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience throughout the entire consultation process.
Sales & Targets: Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve defined performance targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Inquiry Handling: Professionally manage customer inquiries via phone, social media, and email.
Marketing Support: Support social media engagement and various digital marketing activities to promote the brand.
Coordination: Coordinate appointments and perform necessary follow-ups with clients.
Showroom Standards: Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards to reflect the premium nature of the brand.
Operations: Provide support for overall bridal showroom operations as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Presentation: Well-groomed, polished, and presentable personality.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Ability: Proven ability to sell premium or luxury products confidently.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in fashion, bridal, beauty, or luxury retail is a significant added advantage.
Digital Skills: Basic digital marketing and social media communication skills.
Attitude: Mature, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
