Role Overview
The position involves qualifying prospects from various leads, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales quotas to support the company's growth in the logistics sector.
Main Tasks
Qualify prospects from various leads including website, social media, walk-in, and marketing campaigns.
Track sales activities in the company CRM system and ensure account information is updated regularly.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and provide timely reports to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas.
Competence Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly self-motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Ability and valid license to drive within Nairobi city.
