Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and implement strategic brand plans while effectively managing allocated budgets.
• Growth and Performance: Drive brand availability, sales performance, and market share growth.
• Brand Communications: Oversee brand advertising, promotions, Public Relations (PR), and media strategy to ensure a consistent message.
• Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and recommend corrective actions to maintain brand health.
• Competitive Management: Monitor competitor activities and manage brand positioning within the market.
• Innovation and Development: Lead packaging updates, new product development (NPD), and brand extensions.
• Financial Reporting: Manage brand costs and profitability, providing monthly expenditure reports.
• Activation Oversight: Supervise trade activations, promotional materials, and external agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Certification: Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience at a management level.
