Role Overview
The Branch Team Leader will oversee branch operations, drive showroom sales, manage inventory and cash controls, and supervise staff to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the electronics and technology retail showroom through effective leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Manage daily branch operations including sales, stock control, and staff supervision.
Sales Performance: Drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service within the showroom.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Financial Accuracy: Ensure proper cash handling, financial accuracy, and strict compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to reach their full potential and meet KPIs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in branch or showroom management, specifically within the Electronics and Technology Retail Industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; experience with Odoo is considered an added advantage.
Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with demonstrated experience in sales, inventory, and financial management.
