Stellar Human Resource Solutions is a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi, Kenya, providing a comprehensive range of solutions. They are currently seeking a skilled Barista & Mixology Trainer for the hospitality industry.

The Role

The Barista & Mixology Trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to hospitality staff in specialty coffee preparation and cocktail mixology. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in beverage creation and the ability to coach others toward service excellence.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience as a Barista Trainer, Mixologist, or Beverage Trainer.
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in specialty coffee preparation and cocktail mixology.
Soft Skills: Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills.
Attributes: A deep passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence.
