Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Barista & Mixology Trainer to join their team. The primary objective of this role is to provide professional training to hospitality teams, focusing on the mastery of coffee preparation, the art of cocktail mixology, and the delivery of service excellence.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for hospitality staff on coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee standards.
Train staff in cocktail mixology, including understanding ingredients, recipes, and presentation.
Coach and mentor team members to improve their technical beverage skills and customer service approach.
Ensure all training aligns with the highest hospitality and service excellence standards.
Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent quality in beverage service.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience working as a Barista Trainer, Mixologist, or Beverage Trainer within the hospitality industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong, in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee and cocktail preparation methods.
Skills: Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
