Role Overview
This role is responsible for implementing and executing marketing and communications strategies, plans, and programs for the Enterprise Segment to meet brand and business objectives. The Assistant Marketing Manager drives integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new products, digital innovations, and business solutions. You will partner with product, digital, and frontline teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and deliver on commercial key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution: Implement and execute marketing and communications strategies for the Enterprise Segment.
Campaign Management: Drive integrated go-to-market campaigns for new products, digital innovations, and business solutions.
Agency Collaboration: Partner with marketing agencies (creative, media, experiential, etc.) to ensure high-quality output in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Omnichannel Execution: Coordinate with media, digital, events, and sponsorship teams to execute marketing across various touchpoints, including Customer events, Above-the-line (ATL), Below-the-line (BTL), and digital channels.
Insights & Projects: Provide marketing insights and input within cross-functional business project teams.
Key Accountabilities
Growth & Consideration: Drive growth and consideration for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Business Banking (BB) propositions to expand the customer base.
Primacy & Engagement: Drive primacy in CIB & BB through experiential customer engagement activities.
Customer Experience: Leverage emerging insights to improve customer experience across all touchpoints and GTM executions.
Internal Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective marketing execution.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certification: A professional certificate in a Marketing or Communications specialty is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years specifically within a financial services institution.
Track Record: Proven experience in the successful delivery of marketing projects.
Tools: Familiarity with modern digital marketing tools.
