MSVL Group is a leading provider of recruitment, HR consulting, and corporate training services. We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Polymer Sales to join our team in Nairobi. This role is responsible for driving growth and managing territory sales for PP, PE, PVC, and specialty polymer grades. The successful candidate will focus on business development, key account management, and achieving revenue and margin targets through strategic distribution and market analysis.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- : Expand territory sales, manage key accounts, acquire new customers, and achieve margin targets for polymers including PP, PE, PVC, and specialty grades.\n- : Deliver tonnage and revenue targets, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely collections from customers.\n- : Recommend and monitor customer credit limits, maintain accurate debtor records, and support stock reconciliation processes.\n- : Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, perform regular client visits, and submit structured sales and pipeline reports.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n- : MBA in Sales & Marketing, a degree in Polymer Engineering, or a Graduate with a Polymer Postgraduate Diploma.\n- : 5-7 years of professional experience in polymer sales and business development.\n- : Strong understanding of PP, PE, PVC, and specialty polymer markets.\n- : Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin targets; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n- : High ownership mindset with a proactive problem-solving ability, strong collaboration skills, and a results-driven approach.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should email their updated CV to with the subject line "Assistant Manager - Polymer Sales".
