Role Objective
We are seeking an efficient administrator of University Examinations to manage records, coordinate logistics, maintain security, and provide support to students and staff. The successful candidate will uphold examination integrity, assist in process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing, filing and retrieval of examination records.
- Ensuring safe custody of examination records and booklets.
- Dispatch and receipt of examination booklets to and from examination venues.
- Working with heads of department to ensure timely examination moderation.
- Providing support to ensure smooth administration and invigilation of examinations.
- Booking of students for various examinations.
- Handling examination-related enquiries.
- Coordinating students undertaking external examinations and its processes.
- Preparing examination-related reports.
- Supporting the processing of examination results and graduation lists.
- Implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Providing secretariat services in the School Examination Board.
- Implementation of the established Quality Management System.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with at least one (1) year relevant working experience in a reputable organisation OR a Diploma from a recognised institution with at least five (5) years experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in Education will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office Computer Applications.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
