We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Customer Service Officer to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled with the highest level of professionalism while supporting essential compliance and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received through various channels including Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Chat, and In-Person interactions.
Problem Resolution: Resolve service concerns and provide comprehensive support in complaint handling to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and all relevant service documentation.
Compliance Support: Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance processes as part of the onboarding and maintenance procedures.
Metric Reporting: Track and report on key customer service metrics to help management identify service gaps and improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified client experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Candidates who have recently completed their degree or are in their final stages (ongoing) are encouraged to apply.
Core Competencies: Strong customer orientation, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills.
