Apprentice – Quality Control

Role Overview

As an Apprentice in Quality Control, you will be immersed in a manufacturing environment, learning how to maintain high standards of product excellence. This role focuses on developing your analytical and problem-solving capabilities while providing practical exposure to industry-standard quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across key production sections to understand the full manufacturing cycle.
• Support the Quality Control team in monitoring production processes and product standards.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to identify potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure compliance with quality protocols.
• Gain proficiency in utilizing quality control tools and methodologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A recent Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Second Class Honors) or a Diploma (Distinction or Credit).
• Must have graduated within the last 2 years (recent graduate).
• A ‘go-getter’ attitude and a strong hunger for learning and professional growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
