Pavago is seeking an Appointment Setter specializing in Legal Services. In this remote-friendly role, you will lead outbound outreach and lead engagement, identify prospects, and secure appointments for the sales team. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Engage attorneys, law firms, and other legal professionals.
Research prospects and personalize outreach where appropriate.
Build rapport and establish meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
Navigate gatekeepers effectively to reach key contacts.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and interest level.
Appointment Setting
Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team.
Coordinate calendars using scheduling tools.
Ensure prospects are informed and prepared before meetings.
Confirm appointments and communicate next steps clearly.
Maintain strong meeting quality and attendance rates.
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Execute structured follow-up sequences across multiple channels.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout longer sales cycles.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Nurture prospects until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is received.
Maintain persistence while delivering an exceptional prospect experience.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Log calls, emails, LinkedIn activity, meeting outcomes, and follow-up tasks.
Keep pipeline data clean, organized, and up-to-date.
Support reporting through accurate activity tracking.
Requirements
Experience & Education
1–3+ years of experience in Appointment Setting, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Outbound Lead Generation.
Proven success with outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Experience managing follow-up sequences across multiple touchpoints.
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Core Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong objection-handling and active listening abilities.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.
