CDL Human Resource is seeking an Applications Analyst responsible for supporting business applications through incident management, change management, deployment management, and end-user support. The role involves directing IT services related to the operation, performance, and availability of databases and managing the planning, development, and evaluation of all databases and related client services.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance functionality of current applications, including the ERP, to meet new business needs through the development and deployment of new solutions.
Ensure end users using Oracle ERP and Windows-based applications can effectively accomplish their business objectives.
Manage the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of all databases and related client services and reporting.
Ensure installed applications running on databases work as expected while maintaining database integrity.
Manage IT services related to database operation, performance, availability, and change management.
Ensure full compliance with Corporate IT Policy.
Provide month-end support, GCC management, and general application and database management services.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably handling Financial and Supply Chain modules (setups and customizations).
Proficiency in SQL query writing, report development, and deployment within an ERP platform.
Technical skills in Oracle forms development.
Proficient in data processing systems, networking, and systems development.
Specific knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 is highly valued.
Ability to perform diagnosis and troubleshoot user problems on applications to identify solutions or workarounds.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
