About the Role
RWS is seeking flexible, remote AI Data Specialists (Swahili) to help shape the development and safety of today’s AI models. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, stay-at-home parents, gig workers, or professionals seeking flexible remote work.
What You’ll Do
The role involves performing diverse data-related tasks, including:
Data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
Pairwise comparisons.
Counting tasks.
Object tagging and labeling across different content types (audio, video, images, or collected data).
What We Are Looking For
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Swahili.
English Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
