Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment, one MUST have:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University.
OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level and registered in good standing for a PhD in the relevant field.
Proficiency in computer applications with the ability to handle digital content (for all posts).
Ability to support students online (for part-time lecturers).
