The Aftersales Intern will play a key part in assisting our partnership customers by handling inquiries, assisting with warranty claims, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support systems. This role is integral to maintaining high service standards and involves tasks such as data analysis, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, and bot/website development projects. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in customer service, operations, and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional assistance to partnership customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with warranty claim processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of the product support portal to enhance service quality.
Assist in creating troubleshooting manuals and conducting training sessions.
Record and analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
Contribute to website and Bot development, including updates and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and assistance activities.
Contribute to the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Execute any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
Relevant work experience is preferred.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of customer assistance tools and technologies.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with operational tools including Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
Excellent customer management and interpersonal skills.
Strong communicator with good people relations skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Experience with data recording and analysis.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
