Job Description

SUN Mobility is a leading provider of universal energy infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs) using battery-swapping technology. Founded in 2017 as a joint venture between SUN Group and Maini Group, the company focuses on making electric mobility faster, cheaper, and more convenient for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and buses to accelerate mass adoption.

We are looking for an After Sales Supervisor to join our team in Nairobi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team shaping EV infrastructure and making a real impact in the sustainable mobility sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing after-sales service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing technical support operations related to our battery-swapping network.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise after-sales service operations and support teams to ensure excellence.
Monitor the performance and maintenance of battery-swapping infrastructure.
Manage customer interactions and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Coordinate between technical teams and clients to resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain standards and procedures for after-sales support and reporting.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
An interest in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and sustainable mobility.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
