Job Description
As the Affluent Segment CVP Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a value proposition that drives wealth solutions and maintains the bank's leadership in the market. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, and risk teams to ensure the offering remains relevant and responsive to client needs through research and survey-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Develop an Affluent Proposition focused on driving wealth solutions.
Execute the Affluent strategy by spearheading segment initiatives with stakeholders in Relationship Management, Marketing, Compliance, and Risk.
Maintain CVP relevance by redesigning and revamping offerings based on market information and client behavior research.
Collaborate with product managers to understand the competitive landscape and market share.
Create internal and external awareness of the Affluent CVP.
Design and monitor campaigns to support frontline performance and exceed targets.
Manage the communication and events calendar within budget.
Partner with the onboarding team for relevant solution-driven partnerships.
Drive client experience by monitoring Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and formulating improvement strategies.
Liaise with the Group and Region on Affluent CVP initiatives.
Business & Processes
Identify and assess partnership opportunities contributing to the Affluent Banking business strategy.
Oversee strategic programs and projects with internal and external partners.
Work with Corporate Affairs, Brand, and Marketing to manage customer events.
Ensure simple and streamlined client journeys in collaboration with the Client Experience team.
Identify process improvements to increase functional effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Provide direction for CVPs to translate into strong communication strategies at all touchpoints.
Risk Management & Governance
Provide leadership in proactive Risk Management (reputational and operational) in line with local and Group policies.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding credit, reputational, and people risk.
Embed the highest standards of ethics and regulatory conduct, adhering to the Group Code of Conduct.
Support the team in achieving outcomes related to fair client results, effective financial markets, and financial crime compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required
