Job Overview
AGL is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. The position supports operations by processing goods receipts and purchase orders, generating reports, checking inventory levels, and handling general administrative and warehouse correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support: Ensure timely processing of Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Local Purchase Orders (LPO). Ensure supplier invoices are handled as per the required procedures.
Reporting: Generate monthly reports from Gespar.
Financial Records: Maintain and update records of staff IOUs.
Inventory Control: Periodically check stock levels of parts in the inventory to ensure adequate levels are maintained.
Administrative Duties: Handle all warehouse correspondence and maintain organized files.
